We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders over £59 (Orders under £59 are charged a flat rate of just £3.99) to the MAINLAND UK only,up to a maximum weight of 30kg
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free courier delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and UK Offshore Islands,there will be a small delivery charge to these areas,the charge is currently £8.99 per 30kg for the Scottish Highlands and £14.99 to Northern Islands.Delivery to the Channel Islands is not available.
Frozen Pet Foods are only available for delivery to our local customers in postcodes PL1-PL14,subject to a minimum spend of £20
At the moment we only deliver to the United Kingdom.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days,however please allow up to 14 days for delivery,you will be kept up to date with the progress of your order,our free delivery is a standard delivery service 2-3 days and is not a next day service.
We stock an extensive range and unfortuntely on the rare occassion we do go out of stock on an item,if this happens then you will be emailed to let you know,so it is important that your email address is correct.
We use the Royal Mail for lighter items and DHL Express & The Home Delivery Network for our heavier items.

All our deliveries have to be signed for,if you request a delivery driver to leave a parcel without a signature,you do so at your own risk,should the parcel go missing.
If you live in our van delivery area(postcode areas PL1 - PL14,you will be advised by email of your delivery day,we deliver Monday to Friday and if you have paid by credit or debit card,you do not need to be at home,just advise us of a safe place to leave your order.
Our vans deliver FREE with a minimum order of £20 to postcodes PL1 -PL14,please select LOCAL DELIVERY as your delivery option,in the drop down bar at the checkout.
Cancellation & Returns
If you wish to cancel any order you may do so at anytime after an order has been placed, or up to 7 days after the date of delivery. All notices of cancellation must be given to the company in writing .
In the event that you cancel an order after delivery you must inform the company in writing within 7 days. The goods must then be returned at your own expense to the company within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order. If you are unable to return the goods you must make the goods available for collection upon request and within 14 days of your notice to cancel your order. This will be at your expense and you will not be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge. The company will be entitled to charge you (an equivalent amount to the original delivery charge) for this collection. These conditions will still apply in the event of any discount/special offer applied to delivery charges.
The company will not be liable for any costs incurred in the return of cancelled orders. The goods will not be deemed to have been returned until notification is given by the company that the goods have been returned to the address advised by the company.
It is your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery. You are advised to retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order. The company retains the right to charge for any necessary packaging/re-packaging.
The company shall be entitled to recover all costs, loss, charges, and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new.
Should the product prove to be faulty or the wrong item has been delivered, we will not charge a handling fee and provided the item is returned within a 28 day period we will refund the cost of delivery back to you upon proof of payment.
